To continue driving this movement, we are seeking a highly driven Demand Generation & Growth Marketer to help fuel our growth and inspire wineries to join us on this journey.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for driving results through smart, integrated marketing campaigns and experimenting with bold new ideas. You’ll play a critical role in fueling our pipeline, collaborating with sales, and shaping how we connect with prospects and customers at every stage of the journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and execute demand generation campaigns: Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, ABM, direct mail, and webinars) to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and drive pipeline growth.
- Drive account-based marketing initiatives: Collaborate with sales to create personalized, targeted campaigns for high-value accounts, leveraging tools like LinkedIn and email to engage key decision-makers.
- Own paid and performance marketing: Manage paid digital campaigns across channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads, optimizing for conversions and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales to optimize the funnel: Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment on messaging, audience targeting, and lead follow-up strategies to maximize conversions.
- Experiment and innovate: Test new growth strategies and marketing tactics to identify scalable solutions that drive results. Build a framework for effectively managing and measuring experiments.
- Leverage data to drive decisions: Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve future efforts.
- Support educational and community-building initiatives: Partner with the marketing team to promote webinars, events, and content that positions InnoVint as a thought leader in the wine industry.
What You’ll Bring
- SaaS or growth marketing experience: 3+ years in marketing, demand generation, or a growth-focused role. B2B SaaS startup experience is a big plus.
- Proficiency in paid digital marketing: Proven success running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook) and paid search campaigns with strong results. You know how to optimize for performance and ROI.
- Experimentation mindset: You love testing, iterating, and finding scalable solutions that move the needle. You have a structured approach to tracking and learning from experiments.
- ABM expertise: Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and tools to drive engagement with key accounts.
- Scrappy, hands-on execution: You’re a doer who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into execution while balancing strategic planning. You move quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and data-driven insights: You’re skilled at leveraging tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms to execute campaigns, track performance, and report on success. You have a strong analytical mindset and are quick to learn new tools when needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills. You excel at collaborating with diverse teams, managing priorities, and paying attention to detail.
- Passion for the wine industry: While direct experience is not required, enthusiasm for working in the wine industry with winery professionals is.
Compensation and Benefits:
InnoVint’s compensation program delivers above-market compensation based on role, experience, and geography. Total compensation includes base salary ($80-130k), bonus/variable compensation, stock options (ISOs), as well as a benefits package including:
